Early review. I just received my bag, got it in large size. The delivery was on time (took 6 business days), price was competitive, customer support was always there to handle my queries, and the bag came in perfect condition. Overall impressions are great.
Something to note; you don't get to claim official warranty for the bag. They did however, tell me that they offer 1 year service warranty so I guess that's something. Here's hoping I don't need to use it.
