    • You may return or Exchange your purchase within 07 days from the date of delivery. ( Delivery Charge's and Packing Charges will be deducted )

    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
    • Damaged or used items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us on Whats'App with your order number and reason for return.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund or exchange within a day!
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  5. Exclusions:

    • Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
